■ 職務内容 / Job Description

Evidence Delivery Operation Specialist (EDOS) is the Project Management role to drive effective delivery of projects to time, cost, quality and expected values. EDOS is responsible to project budget estimation and control, third party vender selection, project risk management and project milestone delivery.

【経験 / Experience】

<必須 / Mandatory>

•    5 years Clinical development experience as project manager or equivalent
•    Experience working with CROs for clinical studies

<歓迎 / Nice to have>

• Clinical Project Leader/Study Leader experience
• Working both in R&D and Medical
• Line management experience

【資格 / License】

<必須 / Mandatory>

• Bachelor degree in a scientific discipline

<歓迎 / Nice to have>

• Project management certification

【能力 / Skill-set】

<必須 / Mandatory>

•    External Service Provider (i.e. CROs) Management
•    Clinical Study Management

• Leadership & Communication
• Study Design, Statistics and Epidemiology

Japanese:Native Level

English:Practical English communication skill with AZ speaking level 7/TOEIC 700
