【Alexion Japan】Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Nephrology Marketing

This is what you will do:
Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will develop a disease website in preparation for the new product launch and execute the interaction with targeted HCPs by appropriate digital channel based on HCP engagement plan aligned with Marketing and Sales. S/he will support Marketing and Sales to fine-tune digital channel approaches by analyzing and utilizing customers’ feedback. With expertise in digital marketing discipline, s/he will contribute to achieving our business target/goal.

You will be responsible for:
•    Built a disease website – Develop a website that ensure patients and HCPs can access appropriate information about diseases and treatments in preparation for the launch  
•    Channel Strategy – Work with Marketing to develop digital strategy for new successful product launch including platform/channel selection, target prioritization, and content selection/development 
•    HCP engagement by digital planning and Execution – Provide scientific/clinical information to HCPs by digital channels for making an appropriate decision on their diagnosis and treatment
•    Lead cross-functional collaboration for digital channel – Collaborate with Nephrology marketing, Sales to maximize the value of digital channel
•    Drive branded communication by omni-channel approach – Analyze HCPs’ feedback and share them with Marketing team in a timely manner to fine-tune branded communication leading to omni-channel approach
•    Optimize state-of-the-art digital channel ‐ Explore and adopt new tools/approaches and fine-tune operational processes in digital channel


You will need to have:
•    ≥5 years of experience in sales and/or customer-facing role
•    ≥2 years of experience in digital marketing

•    Ability to utilize digital channels for the effective communication with HCPs
•    Strong mindset to develop and implement virtual interactions by utilizing existing digital tools and learning advanced digital technologies
•    Ability to understand both scientific rationale and strategic requirements
•    Presentation / Logical communication skills
•    Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry and its regulations
•    Sufficient ability to ensure a good collaboration with various stakeholders 
•    Manage own workload and resource allocation by him/herself

We would prefer you to have:
•    Experience of working in rare diseases company or Nephrology diseases area
•    Active listening skill
•    Agility
•    Entrepreneurship
