This is what you will do:

アソシエイトディレクターとして、ニューロロジーポートフォリオ全体のマーケティングビジョン策定と実行をリードします。長期的なブランド戦略の構築、新たな市場機会の特定、グローバルおよびローカルのビジネス目標との整合を担います。営業・メディカル・アクセスなどのクロスファンクショナルチームを率い、統合的なブランドプランを推進し、患者へのインパクト最大化を目指します。社内外の会議やフォーラムで事業部を代表し、キーピニオンリーダーや主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持、市場課題への積極的な対応も行います。さらに、デジタルやオムニチャネルマーケティングの革新、新製品・新適応症の上市リード、精度の高いフォーキャスティングやリソースプランニングを通じて、事業目標の達成を牽引します。

You will be responsible for:

• ニューロロジーブランド全体の包括的なマーケティング戦略の立案・実行をリードし、グローバルおよびローカルの目標と整合させる
• ブランドプランニング、ポジショニング、ライフサイクルマネジメントを統括し、営業・メディカル・アクセスなどのクロスファンクショナルチームとの連携を推進
• 新たな市場機会の特定・評価、市場課題への積極的な対応
• キーオピニオンリーダーや医療従事者、外部パートナーとの強固な関係構築・維持
• マーケティング予算の管理、リソース配分、パフォーマンスのトラッキングによるROI最大化
• 新製品・新適応症の上市リード（Go-to-Marketプランの策定・実行含む）
• デジタルやオムニチャネルマーケティングの革新推進、新技術や新手法の導入
• 売上・需要予測（フォーキャスティング）の統括と関連部門との連携による精度向上
• すべてのマーケティング活動における社内規定・業界規制・倫理基準の遵守

You will need to have:

• 学士号以上
• 製薬業界で5年以上のマーケティング経験（ニューロロジーやスペシャリティ領域含む）
• デジタルトランスフォーメーションやオムニチャネル戦略の経験
• ブランドマネジメントやクロスファンクショナルチームのリーダー経験
• 戦略的思考力、分析力、課題解決力
• 優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力
• ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語力

We would prefer for you to have:

• 上級学位（MBA、修士等）
• 日本国内での新製品・新適応症の上市経験
• グローバルマトリックス組織での業務経験
• 革新的プロジェクトやチェンジマネジメントのリーダー経験
• ビジネスアナリティクスや高度なフォーキャスティングの経験
