【役割概要】

米原工場オペレーション部門のQCテストチームの上級メンバーとして、QC試験業務の実施および監督をお任せします。中間製品、包装資材、完成品の品質保証に重要な役割を担い、GMP（医薬品の製造管理及び品質管理基準）に基づく業務を担当していただきます。QCテストチームリーダーの直属として、重要な試験業務を主体的に担うだけでなく、経験の浅いチームメンバーへの技術的な指導や日々の課題解決にも貢献いただきます。QC業務のベストプラクティスの模範となり、継続的な改善活動を推進しながら、常に高い品質基準と効率性を維持していただきます。これらの業務を通じて、米原工場から出荷される製品が日本の規制およびアストラゼネカのグローバル品質基準を満たすよう支えます。

■職務内容

• 試験責任者：試験責任者として、GMPに基づいたすべての試験・検査業務を担当していただきます。
• サンプリング・試験実施：承認された計画・スケジュールに従い、サンプリングと分析試験を行い、記録の管理と迅速な完了を徹底します。
• 文書管理：SOPやマスター仕様書、製品仕様書、試験方法などの管理文書の改訂・発行・保管を担当します。
• 資材調達・管理：標準品、試薬、消耗品などQC業務に必要な資材の調達や管理をお任せします。
• 保存サンプル・標準品管理：標準品や保存サンプルを適切な条件下で保管・管理し、記録や適合性の確認を徹底します。
• 教育・育成：新規入社者やチームメンバーへのトレーニングやスキル評価にも関わっていただきます。
• GMP品質システム活動（共同）：変更管理、逸脱管理、品質リスク管理（QRM）、CAPA、自己点検、監査支援などのGMP品質プロセスにも取り組んでいただきます。
• 継続的改善（共同）：QCプロセスの効率化と品質向上のための改善活動を推進していただきます。
• プロジェクト参加（共同）：他部門とのプロジェクトにQCグループの代表として参画し、担当業務の進捗状況を報告します。

■求める人物像

必須要件

• 理系学士号（薬学系歓迎）
• 医薬品業界・GMP環境での理化学または微生物試験・分析経験
• GMPおよび日本薬局方に関する知識
• 高い倫理観・勤勉さ
• PC操作（Excel, PowerPoint, Word等）、ラボシステム（Empower, GQCLims等）の利用経験
• 問題解決力・分析力
