Introduction to Role
Are you ready to orchestrate content delivery at a global scale? We are looking for a Content Delivery Manager for CEEBA operations to join the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, reporting directly to the Omnichannel Delivery Director.
About the Role:
In this role, you act as the vital liaison local Brand Leaders, Digital Managers, and our global production network. You are accountable for two critical missions: the seamless execution of "Business as Usual" (BAU) campaign production, and the strategic development of new content capabilities.
You will drive the adoption of trusted services that reduce time-to-market, expand reach across channels, and deliver measurable savings. You will thrive in an environment that values focused execution, lean ways of working, and transparency of risks. Accountabilities:
- Partner with Digital Managers and brand leadership to ensure they use GCO services to meet their volume and savings targets.
- Take ownership of delivery timelines and quality for all campaign assets. Set clear deadlines with the market and discuss feedback openly to keep services running efficiently.
- Coordinate a global, multicultural team using strong project management and critical thinking skills to ensure successful production.
- Manage the communication and change management needed when introducing new content solutions to the market.
- Set delivery schedules that balance what the client needs with what the team can realistically handle.
- Identify new production capabilities that add value to the business and share these recommendations with leadership.
- Use data and reports to track how GCS production is being used. If there are gaps in efficiency, work with leadership to fix them.
- Manage outsourced partners and internal resources. Regularly review partner capabilities to ensure they match market needs and provide good value.
- Ensure compliance with all company rules. Make sure all direct and indirect reports follow the AZ Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Relevant experience and a depth of knowledge in the following areas:
- Experience within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry (Not mandatory).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiating skills.
- Solid communication skills in Business English.
- Proven track record working cross functionally with high level of commitment and follow through.
- Program management experience including risk mitigation & planning associated with operational or technical delivery.
- Supplier Management Experience.
- Financial performance accountability.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with Sr. Leadership and other key Stakeholders.
- Leadership, coordination of resources and influence without authority.
- Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Sales Experience.
- Local and/or Global Brand Marketing Experience.
- Digital Marketing Experience and Omnichannel campaigns.
- Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working.
- Design skills.
- HTML/CMS knowledge.
- Web product management experience and working with AEM.
