Commercial Innovation Manager

We are currently looking for a Commercial Innovation Manager who works under the Commercial Excellence and Trade team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out commercial digital/e-commerce business strategy and manage annual expense budget and sales forecast
- Set clear commercial digital/e-commerce strategy, performance measures and promotions activities and align with collaborative departments.
- Perform regular monitoring of progress, market analysis and develop improvement action plans accordingly.
- Develop and manage existing and new key customers (platforms and online initiatives).
- Understand decision-making process and key decision makers in key accounts.
- Develop online related marketing initiatives including internal communication with cross functions, external vendor management and coordination, partner education and negotiation, status tracking, feedback collection and improvement plan development, etc.
- Collaborate closely with distribution partners to improve product accessibility to patients.
- Ensure the quality and compliance execution of commercial digital/e-commerce activities.
Desired Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years working experience in e-commerce in either healthcare companies, healthcare online platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce sales, business development, key accounts and distributor management.
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners.
- Strategic view with long term business development.
- Flexible and willing to experience challenges.
- Sensible and fast learners in products, propose and integrate ecommerce strategy as part of the business brand plan
- Excellent English both speaking and writing.
- High independent with enterprise mindset
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
