About this Program

AZPIRASI is a dynamic 30-month rotational program designed for recent graduates with less than one year of professional experience. We seek out ambitious individuals who are passionate about contributing to the pharmaceutical industry and are driven to positively impact patient care while also making a difference in our business. We are in search of high-performing team players who are eager to learn and grow, and who are deeply committed to building a successful career in pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing.

Program Structure

  • First rotation in Sales department:During this phase, trainees will establish a robust foundation by working as Medical Sales Representatives with an assigned territory and brand. This experience will build their solid understanding of our products, markets, and customer needs to build strong business acumen.
  • Second rotation in Marketing department: Having gained a strong foundational knowledge as medical representatives, trainees will transition into the marketing department to contribute to the design of impactful marketing strategies.
  • Third rotation : Trainees will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Compliance and Finance, enabling them to gain a holistic understanding of the business acumen required in the pharmaceutical industry.

Essential Requirement

  • Malaysian fresh graduates or with less than 1 year working experience.
  • Strong academic qualification of CGPA 3.7 in any Bachelor of Science  and equivalent 
  • Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
  • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
