APAC Tax Manager

Deliverables
You are responsible to lead and deliver overall tax compliance for APAC markets and take charge on tax audits
Provide technical mentorship to team and tax partnership to business and group tax
Responsible to partner with service provider and establish a strong tax plan
Assist with the preparation of the quarterly, year-end tax provision for Group statutory reporting purposes, ensure controls framework is fully aligned with
Review completeness and accuracy of draft computations covering all taxes and tax reporting
Partner with business to establish tax efficient process and leverage opportunities to deliver cash tax savings
You will lead and mentor 5-6 Tax Analysts
Support Group Tax with information for ad hoc requests, including significant tax transactions or tax audits queries
Lead tax processes, escalate & resolve issues,
Support Global Tax and Finance Transformation initiatives
Training and creation of locally maintained Controls processes and documentation that aligns to the Controls Framework and FCAS/FCF process
Essential Requirements
You should have 8-10 years of experience proven track record in taxation and accounting
You have people management experience
You have experience with SAP, strong accounting & analytical capabilities
Experience of working in an international organisation, including building relationships remotely and cross-culturally
Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
