■ 職務内容 / Job Description

MISSION:
Provides supports of both BU strategy development and program management to the commercial leadership team, facilitates development of the business plan and manages key cross organizational projects. Coordinate planning activities with peers and senior leadership and supports completion of key balanced scorecard objectives.

•    Lead to manage R&I BU projects by working across departments to achieve BU visions and goals, and driving BU priority project execution with cross-functional team.
•    Ensures BU projects complying with Marketing country strategy and progressing in line with project milestones
•    Develop or provide supports new strategy as an expert to BUH/BU leadership to accelerate business growth 
•    Coordinate and drive effective BU meetings (Town hall meeting, BU leadership meeting, BU business review meeting, etc) to ensure execution excellence and achieve scorecard objectives.
•    Champion new strategies, Innovation and operation excellence to improve business process and ensure business continuity
•    Ensures that all project work is carried out with regards to AstraZeneca standards and external regulations
•    Networks with internal (global/MC) and external experts to identify business opportunities
•    Keeps self and others up to date on industry emerging trends to identify growth opportunities and to shape strategies
•    Serve as key member of R&I BU leadership team to drive continuous transformation and change management

【経験 / Experience】

•    University Degree
•    Ability to manage multiple large projects
•    Extensive experience in commercial strategy development and execution in pharmaceutical company
•    Strong ability to lead a cross functional team

•    Marketing experience
