■ Job Description
Innovation Project Manager, supporting AZKK innovation related internal/ external activity.Will working on business scheme planning/ governance design of AZKK innovation activity. Scout external partners to solve the pain-point (including policy makers, large companies, start-ups and VCs etc.), initiate and promote PoC, and deliver the solution with partners. High communication skill and project management (PM) experience are all required standards. Will directly report to Innovation Partnerships & i2.JP director and expect to collaborate with managers/ directors cross-functions internally.
■ Typical Accountabilities
In regard of the delivery of value added intelligence services, the job holder will be accountable for:
• Scanning the marketplace for technology, non-technology and new ecosystem players
• Business scheme planning/ governance design
• Scout external potential partners based on identified pain-points (tech companies, start-ups, academia, local gov. etc.)
• Initiate and deliver PoC with internal (AZKK BU, Medical, CA etc.) and external partners
• Support Innovation project operation in AZKK BU, Medical etc.
• Support Innovation Partnerships & i2.JP director on partnering with GA to initiate collaboration with central/local government engagement
• [Optional] Support on i2.JP event (pitch, other consortium meet-up) initiation and operation
• [Optional] Support on partnering with A.Catalyst Network and other AZ health innovation hubs to accelerate collaboration among AZ global network
• [Optional] Identify of pain-point of patient, HCPs. Working with BU medical etc. in pain-point identification.
• 5+ years or more experience in new business development, corporate strategy, strategic consutant, or start-ups
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong internal communication skill and cross-function project management
• Ability to learn and to gain a basic understanding of disease areas outside of AZ core expertise
• Market research capability quantitative/ qualitative (direction and operation)
• General communication skills, both in written documents and verbally in English
• Flexible/ Agile
• Team player/ pay respect to internal/ External stakeholders
