AstraZeneca Japan R&DのAI・デジタル変革推進リーダーとして、組織の戦略的変革を主導

主な業務

• AIおよびデジタル変革ロードマップ策定・実行、AI ソリューション開発・導入（プロコード／ロー・ノーコード）、ビジネス分析による業務改善やROI評価
• 社内外との連携：グローバル・ローカルの関係部署との連携、外部パートナー/ベンダーとの協働
• チェンジリーダーシップ：メンター・トレーニング、デジタル文化醸成、プロジェクトリーダーとしての推進
• 責任範囲：戦略企画提案、PPM（プロジェクト＆ポートフォリオ管理）における改革、成果報告、リーダー層への提言

Requirements

経験 Experience

<必須 Mandatory>

• 企業または組織のデジタル変革・AI導入プロジェクトでのリード／推進経験（目安5年以上）
• ビジネス分析や業務改善・アウトカム測定の経験
• 戦略企画・立案およびプロジェクト実行で成果を出した経験
• 複数部門やステークホルダーとの協働経験

<歓迎 Nice to have>

• 製薬・ライフサイエンス・先端技術領域におけるR&D関連の実務経験
• グローバルプロジェクト／多国籍チームとの連携経験
• 外部ベンダーやAI技術パートナーとの協働経験

資格 License

<必須 Mandatory>

• 情報科学・工学・データサイエンス・経営学・情報システム等の学士号以上

<歓迎 Nice to have>

• AI・データサイエンス・プロジェクトマネジメント関連資格（例：PM資格、AI関連認定等）

能力 Skill-set

• AIソリューション実装経験（プロコード：Python、R、Java等／ロー・ノーコード：Copilot Studio、Power Platform等）
• 業務課題抽出力とビジネス分析力

• AIガバナンス・コンプライアンスに関する実務知識
