Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement an ambitious strategy for achieving "zero-touch" order management by applying advanced tools such as Esker, SAP, and AI. Lead transformative projects that drive efficiency and precision in order processing and distribution.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Implement ground breaking initiatives that optimize end-to-end patient order visibility and streamline processes across our supply chain network, ensuring timely and effective delivery and ease of interactions.
  • Innovation Pioneer: Apply your expertise in new technologies like AI and Agentic AI to foster innovation and operational improvements. Champion new ideas that align with strategic business goals and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work collaboratively with warehouse and Last mile distribution teams to redesign delivery processes. Lead all aspects of efforts that boost reliability and performance metrics, reinforcing our dedication to excellence.
  • Patient-Centric Advocacy: Drive initiatives that improve patient experience, ensuring that every decision reflects our dedication to patient well-being and happiness. Engage with collaborators to incorporate feedback into continuous improvement efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators across various departments, including operations and finance. Collaborate on technology roadmaps that support strategic enterprise objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience of success in IT Operations or Supply Chain leadership roles, with a track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide systems implementations.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP. Knowledge of the Call Center technology and relevant performance metrics. Familiarity with EDI technology and relevant experience with AI/ML.
  • Leadership Prowess: Proven ability to lead and nurture high-performance teams. Adept at navigating complex projects with strategic vision and operational acuity.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse business collaborators across all levels of the organization effectively.
  • Analytical Insight: Outstanding analytical competence to interpret complex data sets, draw insights, and drive informed decision-making.

Preferred Leadership Attributes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is strongly preferred, reflecting outstanding analytical and leadership capabilities.
  • Innovative Visionary: A strategic problem solver with a relentless pursuit of improvement through innovative solutions and technological advancements.
  • Global Strategist: Prepared to travel and flourish in a diverse, multicultural environment. Experienced in guiding critical initiatives across international landscapes.

Our Total Compensation Package:

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $125,366 to $188,048. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
