As Key Accounts Manager in Jaipur, you will develop local account plans, build deep partnerships with healthcare professionals and collaborators, and elevate knowledge across multidisciplinary teams. Your work will drive responsible adoption of our therapies, strengthen partner confidence, and deliver balanced growth.

Accountabilities:
Account Strategy and Planning: Identify local opportunities to improve the way the division dedicated to research and development’s products at AZ are positioned. Partner with the Sales Manager to develop and apply community-focused strategies and operational plans that reach desired outcomes and elevate product presence.
Initiate discussions with clinical practitioners participating in research and innovation on authorized uses and therapeutic outcomes. Discuss safety considerations and treatment approaches to enhance on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. Build and sustain long-term, cooperative relationships with partners.
Insight Sharing: Gain collaborator insights and share them within AZ to improve product creation, promotional strategies, and revenue generation activities, growing impact across the organization.
Capability Building within the Healthcare Network: Increase understanding of AZ’s exploration and inventive efforts value proposition and labeled indications among multidisciplinary groups and decision-making teams interested parties. Use varied communication methods to conduct science-based discussions, arrange multidisciplinary workshops, and coordinate educational sessions including clinical advocates and key opinion leaders. Actively support R&I nurses through relevant training.
Performance and Budget Accountability: Drive sales performance, ensuring forecasts meet or go above and beyond while leading all aspects of allocated budgets. Promote the benefits associated with AZ’s R&I brands by delivering messages that maintain fair balance alongside the right blend of promotional elements. Ensure the efficient use of products according to national and local guidelines and product licenses.
Compliance and Training: Complete all required training, including product examinations. Follow external regulations and enforce internal policies that include the AZ Code of Ethics, guidelines related to cross-border external relations, and Privacy Policy and Standards. Pay particular attention when interacting with Patient Groups.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Shown ability to develop account strategies and plans, working in conjunction with a Sales Manager to build local strategies and business plans that meet targets.
Experience improving the positioning of R&I products at a local level through opportunity identification and targeted initiatives.
Strong capability to engage R&I HCPs in science-based dialogue on approved indications, efficacy and safety profiles, and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing.
Track record of establishing and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with interested parties and sharing their points of view to advise product innovation, market outreach, and commercial operations.
Experience building knowledge across multiple areas and decision-making groups through varied communication approaches. These approaches include prioritizing multidisciplinary workshops, coordinating speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs, and supporting nurse training.
Proven success driving sales performance, meeting or exceeding forecasts, leading assigned budgets, and promoting brands using fair balance messages and the appropriate mix of promotional tools.
Ability to ensure products are efficiently used following country-specific and local standards along with the product license.
Proven dedication to completing required training and product evaluations. Observes applicable laws and company policies, such as ethical guidelines found within the Arizona Compliance Code, Global External Interactions guidelines, and Privacy frameworks.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Established relationships with R&I HCPs and partners across Jaipur and the surrounding region.
Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and circulating collaborator insights to strengthen product development, marketing, and sales activities.
Familiarity with MDT and DMU dynamics, tailoring communication to diverse clinician and decision-maker audiences.
Experience coordinating physician advocate and KOL speaker programs and delivering multidisciplinary workshops.
Hands-on support of nurse education in respiratory and immunology pathways.
