Assistant Brand Manager – Content and Campaigns
Role summary
Support end‑to‑end content and campaign execution for brands, translating strategy into measurable demand. Own the planning, production, and performance of omnichannel assets across HCP, patient, partnering closely with Sales, Medical, Brand managers and corporate communications, digital and access teams to deliver brand objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Content strategy and planning: Build annual and quarterly content calendars aligned to brand objectives, indication priorities, and competitive milestones; define narratives, claims, and messaging frameworks per audience in coordination with Brand leaders
- Campaign development: Design and execute integrated campaigns (email, events/MDT activations, webinars, social, in hospital materials) with clear ICPs, channel mixes, and KPIs
- Asset creation and governance support for brand managers: Brief, produce, and localize assets (detail aids, leave behinds, videos, digital banners, infographics, tender packs) ensuring compliance with AZ standards and local regulations.
- Omnichannel operations: Coordinate workflows with agencies and internal creative teams; traffic assets, manage version control, and ensure on time deployment in CRM/MA tools.
- Process excellence: Improve briefing templates, approval flows, and asset repositories, budget management; uphold brand consistency across touchpoints and veeva related activities
- Above brand campaign planning, Understand the thematic needs and narratives for above brand campaigns and run execution along with Communication and medical team.
Skills/Experience/Education
2–4 years in brand/marketing roles with hands on campaign execution and content production; exposure to healthcare or regulated industries advantageous. Scientific content experience Innovative campaign channel experience Education: open to content.
