Lieu Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Job ID R-243401 Date de publication 01/12/2026

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Capability Development, you will partner with Oncology Learning & Capability Development Managers and cross-functional colleagues to support the development and execution of learning initiatives that enhance field force capabilities and performance. You will contribute to the creation and refinement of learning assets for product launches and ongoing programs, coordinate implementation in virtual and in-person settings, and help sustain adoption through well-organized resources and practical guidance. You will also support exploration of emerging learning technologies, collaborating where established processes apply.

The Oncology environment presents unique opportunities to combine scientific understanding with customer engagement and performance enablement. In this role, you will gain exposure to modern learning approaches—such as micro-learning and in-the-flow-of-work enablement—across tumour areas and brands, while partnering with stakeholders involved in product launches and lifecycle initiatives. Through these experiences, you will build skills in instructional support, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and technology-enabled learning that prepare you to contribute in a corporate setting upon graduation.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Support strategy activation and rollout by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and synthesizing feedback from trainings in partnership with Learning & Capability Development Managers.
  • Contribute to solution development by assisting with learning asset creation and refinement for product launches and ongoing programs, with emphasis on micro-learning and in-the-flow-of-work resources, ensuring alignment with objectives, brand messaging, and compliance.
  • Partner with Learning & Capability Development Managers to support implementation by organizing participant engagement, coordinating logistics in virtual (e.g., Teams) and in-person settings, and providing structured assistance during live sessions across tumour areas and brands.
  • Support exploration of new learning technologies by helping evaluate AI-enabled solutions (e.g., avatar/video generation and practice tools), consolidating pilot feedback across Canada Oncology, and summarizing findings to inform team recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in learning and performance enablement with the ability to break down objectives into clear tasks and draft practical learning materials, with guidance.
  • Organization and project coordination skills to manage timelines, logistics, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.
  • Clear, concise communication and presentation skills with the ability to adjust messaging for different audiences and refine based on feedback.
  • Attention to detail and quality mindset to ensure learning assets align with brand, compliance, and review processes.
  • Comfort in virtual collaboration using Microsoft Teams and working with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience creating professional presentations and learning materials with PowerPoint; familiarity with simple visual design principles and basic version control practices is an asset.
  • Curiosity about emerging learning technologies with the ability to support small evaluations/pilots and summarize findings (e.g., AI-enabled video/avatar tools).
  • Foundational awareness of instructional design concepts such as learning objectives, micro-learning, and in-the-flow-of-work enablement through coursework, projects, or self-study.
  • Basic comfort with learner data (e.g., compiling participation metrics or survey feedback) and producing concise summaries to inform follow-up actions.
  • Professionalism and collaboration with the ability to take direction, seek feedback, and work effectively in a corporate environment.
  • Candidates must have an expected graduation date after December 2026.
  • Available to work full-time for duration of the internship
