Manufacturing Operations supports capital projects and lifecycle compliance across equipment and process systems, and we partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Safety Health and Environment. Together, we deliver clear validation strategies, consistent execution, and audit‑ready documentation that enable safe and efficient supply for patients.

What you will do

  • Develop and author protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ) for capital projects, revalidation, OCM, and CAPA, aligned to approved testing plans and schedules.
  • Analyse validation and process data to assess capability, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements; create and maintain risk assessments with appropriate controls and mitigations.
  • Review documentation linked to OCM and CAPAs; coach teams on cGMP best practices and ensure equipment, systems, and processes remain in a validated state.
  • Align project and production timelines, resources, and stakeholders so we meet objectives and maintain audit‑ready documentation.

Essential for the role

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Skilled in test protocol development and report writing.
  • Clear, collaborative communicator across departments.
  • Skilled problem solver with experience in risk assessment.
  • Commitment to compliance and quality, with the confidence to speak up.

Desirable for the role

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of sterilisation, cleaning, computer, and process validation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
