What you’ll do
We are currently looking for a Medical Science Liaison or Senior MSL to join our Medical Affairs team. Based in Sydney, this role covers the neurology portfolio for multiple states (NSW/ACT/Qld).
Lead high-quality scientific exchange with key experts to advance understanding of rare diseases
Generate and deliver actionable insights that shape medical strategy and planning
Establish and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with clinicians and academic leaders
Collaborate cross-functionally to support launches, lifecycle management and scientific initiatives
Plan, prioritise and implement field activity with excellence and autonomy
Continuously advance your expertise through learning, scientific engagement and peer exchange
Essential requirements for this position:
Scientific background (medical, pharmacy, PhD or similar)
Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and credibly
Strong project/time management skills
Proven customer engagement and collaboration skills
Valid Driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically
For Senior MSL - at least 2-3 years' MSL experience with demonstrated impact.
Desirable for the role:
Rare disease or neurology experience.
Experience in scientific education or peer-to-peer training.
Launch experience.
Leadership potential, with the ability to mentor or guide peers (Senior MSL)
