What you’ll do
As a Content Delivery Associate, you will assist in the development of content production services and the creation of marketing assets for the ANZ market and the omnichannel pod. You will collaborate with local brand and digital leadership to effectively deploy content production and creative services within the ANZ market.
- Collaborate with ANZ Brand Leadership to support the adoption of GBS Commercial Services (GCS), ensuring delivery of agreed content types, volumes, and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure Quality and Timeliness of content delivery, aligned with brand expectations and AstraZeneca guidelines. Maintain open channels for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Support Communications and Change Management for both existing and new content solutions across the region and local marketing companies.
- Use Reporting and Metrics to supervise service adoption and identify opportunities for new production capabilities.
- Assist with Channel-Specific Communications, including the deployment of assets such as Veeva Approved Emails.
Essential for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record to engage and manage diverse stakeholders across business units, internal and external and creative teams.
- Proven project management skills, with experience prioritising multiple priorities, deadlines, and a structured approach to task management.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital content workflows, with a background in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience delivering content for events, congress booths, promotional materials, and email campaigns.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration with consistent follow-through.
Desirable for the role
- Familiarity with develop tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Veeva PromoMats.
- Proficiency in WYSIWYG email creation tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Supplier management experience, including working with external vendors.
- Background in local and/or global brand marketing, with experience developing and executing strategies.
- Ability to contribute creatively to content development and marketing initiatives.
