What You’ll Do
In this 12 month max term Brand Manager contract role, you will support the delivery of insight-informed brand plans and omnichannel activation across the CVRM portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with the Senior Brand Managers, this role will focus on both strategic project support and operational execution across digital and traditional tactics. You will help bring brand plans to life through coordinated, compliant and patient-centric execution across Australia and New Zealand. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with the Sales Team and also with other Brand Managers, Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, BI/Analytics and Operations to support responsible adoption and optimal use of medicines. Your responsibilities will include contributing to annual brand strategy and activation planning, supporting content production and campaign operations, coordinating sales enablement materials, and delivering omnichannel initiatives.
Typical Accountabilities
- Support the Senior Brand Manager and contribute to the brand planning process market research, insight gathering & helping inform tactics
- Support the execution of annual brand strategy and activation roadmaps
- Deliver content and campaign operations, including briefing, tagging, approvals, deployment, optimisation and version control
- Coordinate sales enablement materials for field teams, meetings and conferences including e-detailers, CLM content, leave-behinds, objection handlers and training materials
- Execute omnichannel initiatives across digital and traditional channels
- Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives, including campaign analysis and optimisation recommendations
- Support budget administration including reconciliation and spend tracking
- Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear communication of status, risks and dependencies
Essential for the Role
- Pharmaceutical Industry Brand Manager experience - Minimum of 3 years, ideally 5 years +
- Business or Marketing Degree in relevant field preferred
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and influence quality execution
- Demonstrated customer-focus and ability to rapidly develop mutually beneficial relationships with key customers
- Demonstrated project leadership experience with the ability to manage competing timelines
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong digital fluency understanding of omni-channel marketing delivering campaigns and a passion for this
- A proactive, agile and resilient mindset, with accountability for delivery and commitment to patient centricity and compliant execution
Desirable for the Role
- Understanding of the development and commercialisation of pharmaceutical products in Australia
- Experience in the areas of cardiovascular, endocrinology and or nephrology
- Marketing experience form both primary and secondary care channels
- Understanding of the Australian Healthcare environment
