Introduction to role:
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a core component of our AstraZeneca Supply System (AZSS), helping to create the equipment reliability and people capability needed to enable the delivery of more medicines to more patients, more quickly and more affordably.
Reporting to the Lean Team Lead, TPM Facilitators use the AstraZeneca TPM deployment model to drive the behaviours, principles, standards, and tools of TPM across our process execution teams at our Macclesfield Campus.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values inclusivity and diverse perspectives. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance and support our employees in managing their commitments effectively.
