Working alongside our experienced IT Support team ensuring the delivery of end user IT services, this role will perform the day-to-day onsite IT activities so that Customer Experience, Service Excellence & Design and Site IT Technical Team objectives are met.
  • Working as part of the customer-facing team acting as the main connection between the customer and the various processes, tools and groups of IT. You will gain experience in OS and Application support for Windows and MacOS, iOS, Android, InTune, Azure, Aternity, Tanium and ServiceNow.
  • Analyze the customer’s needs utilising analytical skills to develop appropriate and innovative solutions as required
  • Triage technical queries and identify if the issue can be resolved quickly at the AskIT desk within an appropriate time frame
  • Liaise with other IT Teams, as necessary in order to resolve faults, keeping the customer fully updated of next steps
  • Look at ways the team can utilise CoPilot Agent or Studio to automate tasks.

Essential Criteria
  • Must be at least 18 at the time of application with asolid foundation in IT.
  • An interest in Diagnostics and IT Support with knowledge of Windows11, macOS and mobile devices.

Desired:
  • Knowledge of Powershell, VBScript or Python
  • Creative approach to problemsolving and developing automation for self healing techniques
