Director, Manufacturing Data

Responsibilities
Within this role you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of OT, Process and Asset data standards and data products, working hand-in-hand with the Operations Data Office, Operations IT, PT&D and Manufacturing Technology Solutions (MTS) teams to deliver for global operations.
Essential Requirements
Data and OT Expertise: Proven experience with OT data (e.g. SCADA, DCS, PLCs, historians), Process data (e.g. recipe data, batch/continuous parameters, quality metrics) and Asset data (e.g. asset hierarchy, maintenance data).
Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, experience working with OpsIT, Operations Data Office, PT&D, TOSI and MTS.
Digital Project Delivery and Delivery Management: Experience managing large-scale transformation projects and proven delivery of data standards in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Strategic Planning and Integration: Strong strategic planning skills to align operations with data transformation goals, including integrating data product delivery with Operations IT.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience: Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and proven experience in a manufacturing environment.

AI/ML and Digital Technologies: Exposure to AI, Machine Learning Applications
Experience with Autonomous Technologies: Experience with process digital twin applications and deployment of Autonomous technologies in a pharmaceutical environment.
Change and Vendor Management: Experience in change management and managing vendor relationships for data products and data standards.
Cybersecurity and Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of cyber security guidelines in OT environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Certifications and UX Design: Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma) and understanding of UX/UI principles for user-centered digital products.
Master’s Degree in Engineering, IT or other relevant field, with equivalent experience also considered.
