Imagine seeing your standards show up in every brand plan and launch, and knowing the ripple effect reaches physicians and patients across the country—how would you make that impact tangible?
Accountabilities:
- Excellence Frameworks: Define clear, practical standards and ways of working that elevate planning, customer engagement and execution across customer-facing functions.
- Planning Quality: Review and challenge brand, medical and functional plans to strengthen customer focus, clarity of priorities and delivery discipline.

- Launch Readiness: Set consistent, measurable launch readiness criteria and enable teams to deliver confident, coordinated launches.
- Best Practice Sharing: Capture, codify and share strong practice across Marketing, Medical, Sales, Diagnostics and care transformation, driving consistency and scalability.
- Capability Building: Identify capability gaps and create targeted interventions that improve how teams plan, engage and execute.
- Tools and Workshops: Design and deliver practical tools, playbooks, workshops and guidance that help teams apply excellence frameworks in day-to-day work.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Learning and Capability teams to align priorities, avoid duplication and amplify adoption across promotional and non-promotional functions.
- Global-to-Local Adaptation: Bring relevant global, regional and external best practice into the UK context, adapting for local effectiveness and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor adoption, gather feedback and use evidence to iterate and improve standards, driving measurable maturity gains over time.
