In this role, you will generate demand, build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, and contribute to improving the patient journey through innovative, customer‑centric solutions. What You Will Do
Develop & Execute Territory Strategy
Identify local opportunities to enhance product positioning.
Partner with your manager to build territory action plans that achieve business objectives.
Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships
Engage healthcare professionals in meaningful scientific discussions on product indications, efficacy, safety, and treatment guidelines.
Establish long-term, trust-based relationships across your healthcare ecosystem.
Share customer insights to support internal teams and business strategy.
Enhance Knowledge Within the Healthcare Ecosystem
Deliver high-quality scientific information on brand value propositions.
Use a mix of communication channels—face-to-face, virtual, meetings, and events.
Organise workshops, promotional meetings, and speaker programmes in collaboration with KOLs and physician advocates.
Drive Results & Achieve Sales Targets
Meet or exceed sales and non-sales KPIs for your territory.
Promote assigned brands using approved, balanced messaging.
Ensure optimal and compliant product utilisation in line with guidelines and prescribing information.
Ensure Full Compliance
Uphold the highest ethical standards.
Complete all required training and certifications.
Comply with internal policies, the Code of Conduct, and all relevant regulatory standards.
Reporting & Planning
Plan activities in Veeva weekly in advance; submit daily records.
Provide weekly reports and timely responses to communications.
Analyse sales data and develop action plans upon receiving monthly IMS reports.
Manage mileage, expenses, and leave requests within required timelines.
What You Bring
Qualifications
Master’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, or a related field covering human/animal physiology and medicinal product knowledge.
Strong computer skills.
Valid Category B driving licence.
Fluency in Slovene and English.
Experience & Competencies
Understanding of medical and scientific aspects of pharmaceutical products (preferred).
Familiarity with the regional healthcare market and customer landscape (preferred).
Ability to assimilate and communicate scientific and health economics information.
Strong strategic thinking, influencing, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Excellent presentation and organisational skills.
Flexibility, accountability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
