HR Digital Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Experience Manager to join our HR Digital, Platforms & Products team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the digital experience for our users and employees, ensuring that our HR platforms and products are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with our organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience (UX) design, digital transformation, and the unique needs of HR functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating an integrated digital experience for HR, helping employees find things and get things done more efficiently and with less friction. You will be instrumental in shaping and designing the user experience strategy for how work gets done in HR, ensuring that our digital solutions meet the needs of our users and support their daily activities seamlessly and aligned to the overall enterprise Digital vision. Additionally, you will address the complexities of our digital ecosystem, identifying points of overlap and duplicity, and offering the best solutions to streamline our platforms. The candidate should have proven experience in UX design, digital transformation, and HR technology, strong skills in user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback, proficiency in UX tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, the ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs, excellent communication and collaboration skills, be up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and digital transformation, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Typical Accountabilities:

​• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric digital solutions that improve the overall user and employee experience within HR and more broadly into the wider eco systems

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure that our digital platforms meet the needs of our users.

• Develop experience wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.

• Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.

• Analyze and optimize existing HR digital platforms to enhance usability and functionality, addressing overlaps and duplicity in our digital ecosystem.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, digital transformation, and HR technology.

• Advocate for the importance of user experience within the organization and promote a user-centric approach to digital transformation.

• Create a single digital experience vision that meets people in the flow of their work, ensuring that employees can access the tools and information they need seamlessly, without disrupting their workflow.

• Take the work to the people and not the people to the work, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.

• Shape and design the user experience strategy for how work gets done in HR, creating an integrated digital experience that helps employees find things and get things done more efficiently and with less friction.

• Work collaboratively with IT and GBS on defining how work gets done digitally and translating that back into an HR strategy supporting HR and the COEs.

• Quantify benefits realization related to user experience, understanding where to push for improvements versus where current solutions are sufficient.

• Familiarity with user experience measurement and quantification, ensuring that digital solutions are optimized for user satisfaction and productivity.

• Deep experience in simplifying complex digital landscapes, making it easier for employees to navigate and utilize HR platforms effectively.





Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:


Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, HumanComputer Interaction, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in UX design, preferably within the HR domain.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and successful projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus.

Desirable :

• Experience of working within a fast-paced Global Business Services environment

• Familiarity with the biopharmaceuticals industry

• Active engagement in technology industry trends supporting process improvement

• Experience or qualifications in a related technology area

• Experience working with Agile delivery methodology

• Experience of working globally with multi-cultural awareness and cultural adaptability
