GBS Analytics Business Partner

Introduction to Role:

Join us as a GBS Analytics Business Partner and be part of our growing GBS Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the outlook of descriptive analytics and be involved in projects that include Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling, AI, Catalogue Platforms and many other areas. You will be part of a high performing, multi-disciplinary team, delivering analytical products and ensuring that all business customers come on the journey through GBS Analytics project life cycles.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will oversee the entire product cycle to deliver user-centric analytics solutions and services. You will provide deep insights and understanding of business customers to develop business cases, work with the solutioning team to conceptualise unstructured information and develop product strategy. You will guide the Business Analyst (BA) team to translate the product strategy into detailed user requirements for technical development which follows the Agile methodology. You will also work with cross-functional teams to create and implement detailed project plans and evaluate risks; ensuring that the analytics products are delivered to robust quality standards within defined scope, timeline and budget. You will Identify and analyse all relevant collaborators in the project, establish and maintain trusting relationships; define and implement project governance, change management and communications across partners; confident presenting in front of senior stakeholders; able to work with ambiguity and iterate our services in our teams. You will have a relentless focus on the customers so that this lens is applied to the products developed and delivered within the GBS Analytics Service Line teams.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Business, or Healthcare related major

- Experience managing insights and analytics projects in a global organisation

- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills with different stakeholders and ability collaborating cross functions

- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and ability to turn ambiguity into clear business requirements; ability to articulate complex concepts to ensure alignment

- Business and Finance expertise from working experience

- Proficient in English language, both verbal and written

- Lead and drive projects working with teams from global locations and diverse cultural backgrounds

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Demonstrate capabilities of project management, product management, knowledge of Agile methodologies, framework and tools (certifications and experience)

- Experience in Management Consulting or Industry experience in Commercial Finance

- Experience of working in Pharmaceutical industry
