Fleet Supervisor

Join our dynamic team at AstraZeneca as a Fleet Supervisor, where you'll play a crucial role in managing our fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Accountabilities:

- Handle Fleet inventory across the organization and regularly assess external vendor services’ support

- Lead the daily fleet maintenance/insurance/license renewals

- Prepare maintenance, license and fleet insurance budget yearly aligning with Finance Department

- Develop on a regular basis a tracking sheet to facilitate the assessment of vehicles status and submit reports as needed

- Conduct regular review meetings with maintenance centers and vendors to ensure cost control compliance, also to ensure service level agreements are maintained

- Work on innovative projects to ensure sustainability and reliability of the fleet

- Diagnose problems and carry out minor repairs and services where applicable to minimize the operational impact of having vehicles off the road

- Manage the introduction of new assets and disposal of older assets within the operation to maintain age and use policies

- Manage functional specific project plans that support the organization's objectives to achieve its mission of Zero Carbon Emission

- Monitor SHE activities and ensure car policy is aligned with the Global Specifications

- Lead efforts to digitalize fleet operations through the implementation of new systems in collaboration with AZ Digital team and Fleet external service providers

- Oversee the introduction and integration of new digital systems to enhance Fleet efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness

- Utilize data analytics to monitor fleet performance and enhance overall fleet efficiency

- Develop and enforce procedures to ensure compliance and controls are in place

Essential Skills/Experience:

- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Fleet management

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Analytical attitude and strong problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed

- Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with various departments
