Job Title: Key Account Manager CVRM

Introduction to role:

As Key Account Manager, you will own priority accounts and partner with specialists to close gaps in care, accelerate appropriate adoption of our CVRM portfolio, and improve patient outcomes.

You will join a high-energy, science-led commercial team that turns opportunities into action with pace and precision. Your work will span the entire patient journey—identifying pain points, co-creating interventions with leading experts, and scaling what works. By combining rigorous account planning with sharp data insights, you will shape strategies that make a meaningful difference for patients and the business.

Accountabilities:
- Account Strategy and Ownership: Build and execute integrated account plans across hospital and community settings for at least two CVRM brands; align to field strategy and deliver measurable impact on adoption and patient outcomes.
- Patient Journey Mapping: Analyze the end-to-end patient pathway within each account to pinpoint barriers to diagnosis, initiation, and persistence; co-design interventions and scale proven approaches across similar settings.
- KEE Engagement: Identify, manage, and deepen relationships with leading KEEs; align shared objectives, coordinate peer-to-peer education, and foster advocacy while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Synthesize sales data and field intelligence into clear insights; translate insights into targeted actions, adjust tactics in real time, and inform broader commercial strategy.
- Tactical Excellence: Execute a focused tactical plan with disciplined follow-through; orchestrate cross-functional resources to remove hurdles and deliver timely solutions.
- Opportunity and Risk Management: Continuously assess opportunities and threats within each account; anticipate access and pathway barriers and implement mitigation plans.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with medical, market access, marketing, and patient support teams to deliver integrated ecosystem solutions tailored to each account.
- Performance and Compliance: Track KPIs, forecast performance, and report progress with clarity; uphold all compliance requirements and codes of practice.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Working with hospital- and community-based specialists on at least two products.
- Managing and developing accounts, including execution of field strategy while assessing all opportunities and threats and analyzing the account’s patient journey.
- Managing leading KEEs and building strong personal relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive insights from the field.
- Execution of a tactical plan.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Therapeutic expertise in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease areas.
- Demonstrated success in key account management within pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
- Strong understanding of market access dynamics, care pathways, and hospital system decision-making.
- Experience mapping patient journeys and leading change management within accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, dashboards, advanced Excel/Power BI) to drive insight-led planning.
- Ability to design pilots, evaluate impact, and scale best practices across regions.
- Skilled in negotiation, tender processes, and orchestrating omnichannel engagements compliantly.
- Clear, influential communication and stakeholder management across clinical and administrative leaders.
