Job Title: Hematology Medical Affairs Manager

Accountabilities
In this dynamic role, you will be the medical-scientific expert in your therapeutic area, leading clinical and medical aspects of our work. You'll collaborate with internal teams, including commercial, market access, and regulatory, to develop and implement strategic medical plans. Your leadership will guide the field medical team, ensuring alignment with our medical strategy and fostering professional growth. Engage with healthcare professionals and key external experts to build strong scientific relationships and drive impactful research and presentations.
Essential Skills/Experience
• MD/PharmD/PhD/DVM or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Significant and robust experience with searching, handling, assimilating, synthesizing, reporting, and presenting scientific data in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent relational, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of contributing to the development and execution of medical strategies.
• Takes initiative and proactive were needed while conscious of compliance and process rules in the company.
• Medical integrity and ethical balance
• Fluent knowledge of Hebrew (verbal and written) and expertise in scientific and academic writing
• Fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written)
Desirable Skills/Experience
• Proven experience managing and leading a team, preferably within a medical or scientific setting.
• Knowledge of the TA and/or previous experience of working in the TA
• Knowledge of the Oncology & Hematology therapeutic area
• Experience in and knowledge of pharmaceutical medical and marketing processes or clinical experience
• Experience in moderation of meetings with HCPs
• Business Acumen
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, ability to be agile
