Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Innovative Channels Specialist/Executive to join our team at AstraZeneca Turkey. In this role, close work with marketing/sales functions, you will play a critical part in the contribution and enablement of our digital strategy, driving business solutions and leveraging digital services and innovations. Your contributions will help us maintain a competitive edge in the pharma market and maximize the impact of our digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to ensure digital channels are at the forefront of our commercial strategy.

Lead and manage innovative channels to transform the organization's digital landscape.

Develop and support the Omnichannel KPIs and dashboards for brands and field force, track and monitor results for advanced customer engagement.

Contributing to the development of a successful marketing and business strategy by using innovative channels effectively.

Collaborate with the business to design and implement omnichannel marketing activities that provide a seamless customer experience.

Partner with commercial teams to develop innovative channel strategy and contribute to insight-driven, personalized and agile input generation with all teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Background & Qualifications

  • Bachelor or MA Degree
  • Advanced level of English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Omnichannel, Digital Marketing or CRM roles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to details
  • Strong organization and follow up skills
  • Multi-tasked, analytic, proactively taking actions, result oriented & focus on delivery
  • Strong communication skills especially with cross functional teams
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
  • No military service obligation for candidate
