Background & Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Advanced level of English
  • Preferably in a multinational company;
  • Min. 3 years of HR experience for specialist role
  • Min. 5 years of HR experience for executive role
  • Experience in talent acquisition, training , talent management processes is an asset
  • Strong project management skills and able to demonstrate experience of leading sophisticated HR projects through a complete project life-cycle.
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Strong emotional intelligence, listening, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Effective planning and organizational skills with the result-oriented approach
  • Good at teamwork
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Located in İstanbul

Job Description

  • Supports managers and employees in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on HR issues
  • Ensures compliance with Global HR Policies in all aspects of HR applications
  • Ensures the execution of operational processes of HR according to the relevant procedures and regulations
  • Supports all HR legal issues and legal actions taken by the Company
  • Communicates with internal and external clients to assist in assigned Organizational Development projects
  • As HR Business Partner;
    • Keep a pulse on the organization through measurement and monitoring of the needs of employees and the managers.
    • Executes the recruitment and leave processes for the designated departments
    • Makes sure job descriptions for all employees are completed and filed
    • Follows-up HR metrics, prepares ad-hoc reports & presentations when necessary
  • Responsible for reviewing development opportunities, collaborate global teams for new developmental projects,  organizing trainings  and delivering upon training KPIs and report progress 
  • Effectively collaborates with process experts and/or local/regional specialists to execute HR processes
  • Handles critical personnel and company information with the highest degree of discretion to ensure integrity and confidentiality
