What you'll do

Job Description / Capsule

Develop and manage the listing process to enhance the availability of AZ products by coordinating with distributors and the AZ team

Typical Accountabilities

1/ Customer management

• Acknowledge tender confirmations promptly.

• Collaborate closely with distributors to explain product technical documents and improve the chances of winning tenders.

• Support the hospital team in the listing process.

• Evaluate tender-related issues (e.g., Visa, GMP, Stock card) and provide effective solutions to the Commercial team.

2/ Data Analysis

• Analyze and track tenders to support the sales force in maximizing all available resources, including those of AZ and competitors.

• Stay informed about market conditions, policies, and regulatory matters that may impact tenders.

• Create and update master product data to assist the sales force with tender listings in SoHs and hospitals.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & data analysis

• Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Desirable

• Experience in similar position in MNC Pharmaceutical company

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Economics.
