Main Duties,Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
Develop anddemonstrateknowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to effectively support healthcare professionals.
Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals,highlightingvalueand benefits of products.
Executecall plans andBrandStrategiesbytranslatingdata to actionable insights, aligning with overall businessobjectives.
Analyzesalesdata andmarkettrends toidentifyopportunities,supportdevelopment ofinsightfuland actionable business plans that effectively achieve and exceed sales targets.
Establishesandnurturesrelationships andbuildscredibility withPrimaryCarehealthcare professionalsto effectively position products.
Leverage multiple channelsincludingdigital platforms andface to faceengagements to drive meaningful customer interactions,increasingproductawarenessandfacilitatingadoption.
Collaborateeffectivelywith territory teammates, district partners, and functional teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales efforts across the territory.
Adapt to anddemonstratethorough knowledge of the AZ Selling Model, ensuring alignment with organizational selling strategies.
Be open to receiving guidance and actively seek insights for personal and professional growth, continually enhancing sales effectiveness.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’sDegree
0 - 2+ years ofdemonstratedSales or B2B, or Commercial experience
Avaliddriver’s license and safe driving record
