Accountabilities:

As a Brand Manager severe asthma, you will own a leading brand in respiratory care in Belgium & Luxemburg, aligning global strategic brand plans with local customer insights. You will improve the use of commercial/medical channels by developing brand materials and activities through cross-functional teamwork. You will continuously seek to understand and embed customer and market insights into all brand activities. You will also be responsible for the budget of assigned brand(s) and ensure compliance with AZ Policies and Standards. You will be in the driver seat of go-to-market processes for the launch of new indications.

Crucial Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company (sales or medical or market access or marketing)
  • Project management experience
  • Learning demeanour, can do mentality and willingness to thrive in the marketing area
  • University education: business or marketing or life science
  • Bilingual (English and French/Dutch)

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Asthma expertise
  • Experience in Insight/Market Research/brand forecasting/Budget management
  • Understanding of the development of pharmaceutical products in Be-Lux
  • Launch experience
  • Trilingual (English/French/Dutch)
