The Senior Manager, ENHERTU Marketing will be responsible for the oversight and development of all HER2-low promotional activities. Key areas of focus for this role include the following: directing and overseeing ENHERTU agency of
record, development of promotional strategy, key brand messaging (ensuring alignment to strategy), development of materials, roll out of core materials to sales team, non-personal promotion support, market research guidance.
This position will report directly into the US Brand Marketing Director and will work closely with the indication leads across
the alliance with Daiichi Sankyo.
This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD (Washington DC Metro area), headquarters for our US Oncology and the
Oncology Business Unit. Key Accountabilities:
Facilitate development and execution of ENHERTU promotional plan and programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Assist in leading ENHERTU’s tactical planning and execution.
Participate in the annual operational planning process by assisting in shaping the tactical plan and budget required to achieve the brand’s stated objectives.
Support management of partner agency relationships, workflow and related expense budgets.
Partner with Business Insights team and external partners to define success metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis; Ensure plans are optimized as needed to improve impact and develop recommendations for future plans based on metrics and impact.
Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all digital and consumer marketing materials.
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical
and/or healthcare industry with experience in one
or more of the following: brand marketing, sales,
market research/analytics
Agency Management
Annual Budget Planning
Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
Demonstrate high level of integrity in decision-making
Act decisively and quickly while aligning with multiple stakeholders
Desirable
Masters degree
Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics, patient journey, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders · Oncology or specialty care experience highly preferred
Launch, management, and customer-facing experience
Experience building and integrating new capabilities that are relevant for launch success
Experience working in commercial alliance/partnership’ environment

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,081 .00 to 226,622 . Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
