As the Senior Manager of Web Excellence, you'll lead the charge in crafting and driving a ground breaking web strategy that aligns with our brand goals. Your mission is to optimize user experience, drive digital engagement, and ensure our websites are at the forefront of innovation. You'll be responsible for the development and maintenance of our brand websites, improve SEO strategies, and collaborate with teams outstanding exceptional digital experiences.

Accountabilities:

Web Strategy Development:

• Craft the development and execution of a comprehensive web strategy aligned with the brand goals

• Find opportunities for web innovation and optimization to improve user engagement and business outcomes

User Experience (UX) and Design:

• Be responsible for UX and design standards to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience

• Collaborate with design teams to maintain brand consistency across all online channels

Web Development and Maintenance:

• Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable web infrastructure

• Supervise the implementation of new features and functionalities across the websites

SEO and Web Analytics:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic

• Use web analytics to measure site performance and user behavior, identifying areas for improvement

Content Management:

• Lead all aspects of website content management practices to ensure relevance and engagement.

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and accessibility guidelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with Brand, Omnichannel, and product teams to align web initiatives with broader business objectives.

• ·Communicate web performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred with 5+ plus validated experience.

• Validated experience in leading web strategy and development projects

• Strong expertise in web technologies, SEO, and analytics

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)

• Demonstrated success in omnichannel field, preferably with web portal emphasis

• Strong strategic project and execution skills

• Communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

• Strong experience in working at the intersection of business and technical concepts

• Extensive experience in Jira and Confluence

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field

• Strong understanding of oncology pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes, including an understanding of the regulatory requirements and compliance considerations
