Hematology Oncology Medical Affairs Interns (Undergraduate)
We are looking for Undergraduate students majoring in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics, Information Technology, or a related field for a 12-week internship role in Gaithersburg, MD from May 18 2026 to August 7 2026.
Position Description:
- The role will be placed on one of 4 teams within the Hematology division: Leukemia Team, Lymphoma Team, Myeloma Team, and Field-Support Team.
- Duties will be as follows:
- Analyzing data-sets from real-world evidence databases and registries
- Producing summary reports of key meetings such as advisory boards
- Organization support of day-to-day US Medical Affairs organization activities
Position Requirements:
- Undergraduate students majoring in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
- Coding skills such as Python or Java are a plus
- Power BI or other dashboard management experience is a plus
- Statistical analysis experience is a plus
- Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
- Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
- This role will not be providing CPT support.
- Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD (Rio Complex) 3-5 days per week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
- Compensation range: $37-39 per hour
