About Global Patient Solutions
Within Global Patient Solutions, you will translate deep patient insight,behavioralscience, and advances in digital and AI technologies into personalized support experiences that meaningfully improve patient care and patient experience across Oncology and Biopharmaceutical indications.
As part of AstraZeneca’s connected Enterprise AI ecosystem, you will help evolve and scale our global patient‑engagement strategy, including the Connect360 program—integrating real‑world data, patient‑reported outcomes,behavioralsignals, and longitudinal engagement patterns to deliver empathetic, timely, and clinically relevant interventions at scale.
In this role, you will play a critical part in defining where we focus, how we create value for patients and markets, and how we scale sustainable, AI‑enabled patient‑support models globally.
Ultimately, youwill help build a global, multi‑indication, continuous‑learning patient‑engagement engine that elevates patient experience, strengthens adherence and resilience, and sets a new benchmark for compassionate, data‑driven patient care worldwide.

In this role, you will shape the Global Patient Solutions and Connect360 Strategy & Value agenda—defining where we play, how we create value, and how we scale sustainable, AI‑enabled engagement and support models worldwide.

Build and manage the Global C360 Strategy & Value roadmap
Develop the patient‑experience value case that guides enterprise investment
Drive global engagement and prioritization, aligning franchises and markets on the highest‑value opportunities
Shape the future of AI‑enabled patient engagement, innovation, and sustainable care models
Translate patient insight,behavioraldata, and RWE into actionable strategic recommendations
Ensure solutions measurably improve patient experience, confidence, resilience, adherence, and care quality
Establish how innovation becomes scalable, repeatable enterprise capability rather than isolated pilots
This role is central to ensuring AstraZeneca delivers meaningful improvements in patient care, grounded in patient needs,behaviouralinsights, and real‑world evidence.
Key Responsibilities
1.Global Strategy & Value
Define global patient‑solution opportunities and strategic direction across Oncology and Biopharmaceutical indications
Develop value frameworks that quantify patient‑experience impact and guide franchise level prioritization
Lead the C360 Strategy & Value framework roadmap, ensuring alignment across functions and markets
2. Patient Experience & Value Case Development
Translate patient insight,behavioraldata, and RWE into compelling value cases
Identifywhere Connect360 can deliver the greatest improvement in patient care and experience
Engage franchise and market teams to drive focus on priority indications and models
3. Global Engagement & Scaling
Partner with Commercial, Medical, Digital Health, PSP/ brand market leaders to accelerate global scaling
Support cross‑market alignment, ensuring consistent deployment of high‑value capabilities
Collaborate with data and digital teams to enhance patient experience and strengthen global readiness
4. Innovation, AI & Sustainable Patient‑Support Models
Shape AI‑enabled patient engagement, monitoring, and personalization models
Define sustainable, scalable, and compliant patient‑experience solutions
Drive repeatability and reuse of capabilities across markets to maximize global impact
MinimumRequirements
Degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific field
5+years experienceworking with Biopharmaceutical and/or Oncology indications
Strong background in patient experience, patient engagement, patient solutions, or support programs
Deep understanding of patient needs,behaviors, and care pathways
Experience inbehavioralscience, intervention design, or health‑behaviormodelling
Hands-on experience with digital health, omnichannel engagement, and patient facing technologies
Experience in patient monitoring, risk‑signal identification, adherence/persistence programs, or RWE
Strategic thinker with experience in value creation, prioritization, or global program work
Ability to collaborate across Commercial, Medical, Digital Health, Data Science, PSP Operations, and multiple markets
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI‑enabled personalization, analytics, or emerging patient engagement support and monitoring technologies
Understanding of global healthcare systems, access pathways, and market dynamics
Experience building strategic frameworks, value cases, or enterprise‑level prioritization models
Experience with patient solutions, PSP operations, or global capability building
Ability to develop and refine strategy & value frameworks for global deployment
Ability to translate complex, cross‑functional challenges into scalable, reusable global capabilities
Experience shaping AI‑enabled patient‑support models and influencing long‑term strategic direction.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $159.180,80 - $ 238.771,20 USD Annual, either as annual basepayor as the hourly rate (annual base pay divided by 2080 hours)]. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility toparticipatein our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coveragein accordance withthe terms and conditions of the applicable plans.Additionaldetails of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
