Global Medical Affairs Interns

We are looking for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in business, operations, innovation, scientific, or related field for a 12-week internship role in Gaithersburg, MD from May 18 2026 to August 7 2026.

Position Description:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of various high-impact projects within the oncology medical affairs team.
  • Collaborate with Medical colleagues and other project managers to drive overall project success, delivery, and impact.
  • Communicate and present project status and outcomes to key stakeholder groups.

Position Requirements:

  • Undergraduate and graduate students majoring in business, operations, innovation, scientific, or related field
  • Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
  • Business strategy and operations experience or exposure
  • Pharmaceutical/biotechnology/healthcare industry experience or interest
  • Creative and innovative problem solver, self-starter, can work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
  • Clear communication, time management, organizational skills, and adaptability.
  • Power BI, dashboard experience, and adept at learning new computer systems quickly are a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
  • This role will not be providing CPT support.
  • Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days per week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
  • Compensation range: $31-48 per hour
