The Global HR Solutions Manager leads a multi‑region team of HR Solutions Partners to deliver high‑quality, consistent, business‑centric HR across assigned SET areas. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role translates the Global HR Solutions Director’s vision and HRVPs’ people strategies into operational plans, overseeing HR processes, organizational change, and workforce solutions that drive performance.
They ensure excellent execution of annual people cycles and enterprise projects, embed consistent standards, drive continuous improvement, and champion digital and AI‑enabled ways of working. The role owns SET‑level delivery of key HR processes and works with the Director to evolve the operating model and strengthen collaboration with HRBPs, HR Services, and CoEs.
This role reports to the Global HR Solutions Director, partners with the VP HR OBU and SVP HR CoEs Lead & HRVP BBU and Japan, and leads 6 Solution Partners.
This is a developmental stretch role offering exposure to complex organizational dynamics, senior stakeholders, and enterprise change. You will build deep business intimacy across SET areas, strengthen HR judgment through hands‑on workforce challenges, and accelerate capabilities in digital enablement, AI driven insights, organizational change, and advanced talent practices—preparing you for senior HR leadership.
What you'll do
Lead,coachand develop Senior and Solutions Partners, setting clear expectations and improving judgement,autonomyand delivery. Build capability in workforce strategy, digital tools, AI adoption, organisationalchangeand insights, creating a culture of accountability,growthand psychological safety.
Partner closely with HRBPsto ensure HR Solutions delivers the operational, organizational and workforce activity that underpins business performance — allowing HRBPs to concentrate onhigher valuestrategic priorities
Use deep business knowledgeto shape where the team focuses, how resources are deployed and how HR activity is sequenced. Synthesise insights,themesand risks to inform HRBPdecision makingand ensure Solutions work directly supports business performance.
Lead all aspects of andquality assureorganisational change and workforce projects delivered by Partners. Codesign and leadSET levelorcrossfunctionalchange, capability and workforce initiatives that strengthen organizational health and performance.
ChampionAI enabledinsights, digital tools, workflowautomationand modernised ways of working.Identifysimplification opportunities and redesign processes to increase efficiency, reduce manualeffortand enhance the Solutions operating model. Partner closely with HR Services onend to endimprovements.
Build trusted relationshipswith HRVPs, HRBPs, business leaders, HR Services andCoEs. Provideinsight ledguidance influencing decisions at a senior level and helping shape the broader HR agenda.
Embed,refine,and evolve the HR Solutions operating modelwith the Global HR Solutions Director,steward the operating model, reinforce clear boundaries across HRBP, Solutions, HR Services andCoEs, ensuring work sits in the right place and that delivery is consistent, predictable andbusiness centredacross SET areas.
Oversee the generation and interpretation of workforce insights, dashboards andAI enabledanalytics.Build data literacy across the team and ensure insights drive action in talent, workforceplanningand organizational decisions.
Partner with the Director to shape the HR Solutions strategy, capabilityroadmapand transformation agenda. Pilot new tools,methodsand ways of working, embedding continuous improvement and innovation that enhances the function’s value and impact
Essential for the role
Bachelors degree
10 years of human resources experience
Proven leadership of HR teams across multiple geographies and/or SET areas.
Strong coaching capability; able to develop talent and uplift capability.
Advancedstakeholder managementand influencing skills.
Strong commercial and organizational understanding of multiple SET areas and their workforce needs
Ability to interpret business strategy and translate into HR delivery requirements
Broad HRexpertisewith differentiated knowledge in one or more areas
Strong analytical,problem solvingand digital fluency.
Experience of leading business change or organisation effectiveness initiatives.
High personal resilience and the ability to lead through ambiguity and transformation.
Experience interpretingAI generatedinsights or leading digital process transformations
Experience working in global or highly matrixed organisations

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $146,411.20 - 219,616.80 USD. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
