Director, Reporting Excellence - U.S Oncology

Your role will be pivotal indelivering scaleable reporting solutions and innovation to drive data democratization and empower faster business decision making. As a consultative thought partner, you will collaborate with commercial stakeholders to identify key business challenges and shape solutions in partnership with Integrated Insights, Analytics, Data Management, Data Science, IT and other cross-functional teams.
Accountabilities:
The Reporting Excellence Director is a critical leadership role responsible fordrivingthe vision,strategyand execution roadmapfor achievingreporting excellence for US Oncology.In this role, you will oversee reporting operations, platform solutions, and resourcing strategiesto drive efficiency, scale and optimization.
Your business acumen and experience in building reporting dashboards enables you to design and deliver impactful and intuitive front-end reportingapproaches to enable insight-based action. Your project management experience and leadership allows you to efficiently scope, prioritize, and negotiate projects across the franchise.
With your expertise, you will spend much of your time designing and leading criticalprojects, and communicating results. You will coach and manage a team of 3 direct reports, while also providing prioritization and direction to internal and external partners to optimize delivery.You will proactively identify and promote innovative approaches and best practices across the franchise.
In addition, with your technical understanding of the data landscape, you are a hands-on problem solver whoensures the sustainable and efficient back-end design of reporting data layers andproducts.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Analytics, Data and Reporting, and sits within the Analytics, Data & Reporting function within US Oncology’sOncology Business Excellence department, an inclusive team that partners with the US Oncology commercial organization to drive strategic decisions by providing objective, data-driven insight generation and analytics solutions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a quantitative field
3+ years of experience at a pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturer or working in the biopharmaceutical industry.
4+ years of reporting, analytics, statistics, or data science experience
Deep expertise with multiple APLD sources (Claims, Electronic Health Records)
Intermediate experience in SQL data analysis language
Direct experience with implementing BI visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, etc.)
Provide guidance to more junior team members
Proven excellent skills in collaborating with and presenting results to end-user clients/stakeholders.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Advanced Quantitative Degree in a related subject or Advanced Marketing Degree
Expertise in at least one data analysis language (R, or Python)
Experience working in Oncology
Project / Program management expertise

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $181,296- $272,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
