As part of the AstraZeneca’s Omnichannel function, the AD - customer engagement business partner (CEBP) is accountable for championing Omnichannel strategy and delivery for their respective franchises. CEBPs have become central to advancing our Omnichannel Marketing strategy and realizing the company’s 2030 vision. They play an integral part as strategic partners, driving brand performance and enabling innovation across the organization as our franchises face growing indications in a competitive marketplace. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, modern Marketer who demonstrates strong collaboration skills across multiple partners to build and implement Omnichannel strategies.
Accountabilities:
Omnichannel Marketing: Franchise/tumor focus, Omnichannel roadmap, strategic thought leadership and Omnichannel execution responsibilities. Build and complete 1-1 omnichannel experiences to help build market leadership and achieve commercial objectives.
Innovation: Responsible for Omnichannel roadmap, Own and execute omni develop plan(ODP), build novel journeys, test digital innovation, drive first in US OBU programs.
Insights Generation: Partner with Marketing Analytics to bring actionable Marketing insights to the brands. Leverage those insights to compose and execute on Omnichannel journeys.
Omnichannel tech Ecosystem: Strategic advisor to the digital product teams w.r.t product evolution and roadmap
Internal Collaboration: Responsible for the evolution of Omnichannel Marketing in US OBU, leading internal partnerships such as with Digital Innovation team, Medical Omnichannel team, BBU Omnichannel team, Marketing Analytics

Education/Expereince:
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years commercial experience
3+ years of Oncology Marketing Experience
Key Deliverables
Omnichannel Marketing Initiatives: Develop strategies, compose and execute on Omnichannel initiatives to engage HCPs and drive brand priorities
Education and change management: Educate key partners on Omnichannel capabilities and experiences. Drive innovation and associated change management.
Identify Key Trends: Partner with Marketing Analytics team to identify and deliver actionable insights to the respective brands on their Omnichannel performance.
Product Development: Partner with key team members and partner organizations in developing next gen omnichannel capabilities in data, digital and analytics.
Desirable:
Experience working in a regulated industry a plus
Comfortable working in a multinational corporate environment
Preferred: MBA, 3+ yrs HCP, Product, or Brand marketing experience

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $180,875 to $271,313. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
