Are you ready to take charge and ensure the seamless operation of a 24/7 GMP facility? As a Supervisor Facilities, you'll oversee the planning and scheduling of both routine and non-routine events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is your chance to lead a team, manage departmental activities, and make a significant impact in maintaining high standards.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for training requirements and conducting performance reviews within your department. You'll provide timely and accurate reports to management, adhering closely to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your ability to interface constructively with vendors, contractors, associates, peers, and managers will be crucial. You'll demonstrate leadership in planning and scheduling, utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), writing and reviewing SOPs, and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Your proficiency in EDMS and Quality Record databases will be essential, along with troubleshooting and repairing systems and equipment. You'll direct and plan work for non-exempt employees, ensuring projects are completed on schedule. Your liaison skills will involve internal contacts with subordinates and supervisors, focusing on specific phases of projects or operations.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Minimum HS diploma with 3 to 5+ years facilities experience

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $97,372.00 to $146,058.00 Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
