Main Responsibilities

Scope:

Associate Site Services will assist with all departmental activities regarding routine and non-routine events at the Frederick Manufacturing:

  • Provide some oversight to contracted staff and support related compliance requirements
  • Support site administration of the site service request process, work order administration, and support cGMP compliance as it relates to Site Services contracted staff 
  • Direct contact with internal and external customers, on a routine basis utilizes excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Monitor daily janitorial staff, ensure quality service and SOP compliance.  Monitor and ensure contract compliance.
  • Implement catering budgetary forecasting and maintain food service subsidy.  Implement catering policy/ procedures.
  • Manage Service Requests: confirm scope (Corrective, Safety, Conference/Office Support, Cleaning) schedule work, and close out. Generate monthly cost and request close outs.
  • Monitor and assist with implementation of building maintenance contracts such as painting, general handyman duties, light plumbing, etc. Ensure high standards of FMC facility appearance.
  • Implement in conjunction with Janitorial contractors all conference room special set ups including auditorium, training rooms, cafeterias and conference rooms
  • Monitor contracted services (i.e. furniture and moving vendor) as it related to space planning, furniture and physical moves.
  • Monitor exterior / interior signage as it relates to maintenance, change requirements and additions.
  • Assist with tracking and trending of Site Service department metrics
  • Manage Outside Service Provider (OSP): Manage profile within Fieldglass, and assure training compliance within learning management system (SABA)
  • Assist with the development of training qualifications and curriculums for the Facilities and Engineering group.  Track training completion and compliance.  Assist with qualification modifications.
  • Data management of critical work orders within the enterprise system (SAP)
  • Work order processing, distribution and closure.
  • Report generation on work orders
  • Logbook management: Order, review GDP compliance, and archive cleaning logbooks
  • Manage Space Allocation program- update designation software, coordinate, schedule third party movers if needed, and maintain current mailboxes per HR report
  • Administer key management process for file cabinet furniture
  • Maintain Office supplies- assure proper stock throughout campus. Creating PO’ s per NMI requests
  • Printer/Plotter support:  Manage printer maintenance program, ordering toner, placing service calls with Canon.
  • AV Support Maintenance Program: Manage audio visual maintenance program, first responder trouble shooting, placing service calls with AV technical support team (ISDM).
  • Monitor pest control program.  Monitor pest control contractor to ensure SOP compliance.
  • Implement and monitor FMC parking requirements and traffic flow.  Through contracted services maintain parking lots and roadways, ie., stripping, speed bumps and road repairs.
  • Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to your role.  Complete all required training on the AZ Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards on time.   Report potential issues of non-compliance.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of degree
  • AA or 2 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree

Experience:

  • 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing or pharma environment
