Typical Accountabilities- Perform a range of operational, maintenance, and support activities in compliance with established safety, health, and environmental standards, under the guidance of senior colleagues when required.- Independently execute routine tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining equipment by adhering to defined procedures and best practices.- Diagnose and resolve basic faults within the area of responsibility, escalating complex or recurring issues to senior staff to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operations.- Plan and prioritize daily workload to deliver results effectively and within set timelines.- Ensure compliance with all safety and operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.- Actively support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for best practices, suggesting equipment modifications, and contributing to the collection of information for business cases, improvement plans, and investigations.- Support the planning and delivery of projects and initiatives by gathering and analysing information to underpin business and operational decisions, ensuring sufficient resources are available as needed.- Remain aware of project deliverables and timelines to assist project managers and cross-functional teams.- Resolve straightforward queries from internal stakeholders independently, escalating complex issues as appropriate.- Gather, interpret, and communicate data to identify routine problems and develop practical solutions, ensuring all work conforms to agreed standards, best practices, and relevant Safety, Health, and Environment requirements.- Proactively reaches out and extends help to others in learning and adopting digital technologies.Qualifications and SkillsEssential: High school education.Desirable: Exposure to engineering maintenance fundamentals; Working towards and engineering qualification; Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment.Key Relationship to Reach SolutionsInternal: Other AstraZeneca employees within engineering function.External:
