Maintenance Reliability Technician

Accountabilities:
As a Maintenance Reliability Technician, you will be executing the Predictive Maintenance Strategy as defined in Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures. You will conduct Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) for Process Equipment and eliminate risk for unplanned equipment breakdowns. You will also develop and provide hands-on technical training for maintenance lead and mechanics on new and existing systems. You will work with Project Engineering to ensure correct spare parts selection, reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment installations. 

Essential Skills/Experience:
- High school w/7+ years experience in industrial operations or Associates w/5+ years experience in industrial operations or Bachelors w/0-4 years experience in engineering field
- Will accept licensed journeyman electrician or licensed master plumber in lieu of Bachelors degree
- Ability to quickly research and develop subject matter expertise on any equipment
- Good knowledge and experience in facilities and utilities (compressed air, HVAC, purified water, chilled water systems, etc.) and mechanical and electrical systems
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Training
- Predictive Maintenance
- Ability to work autonomously and to work flexible hours
- Proficient Computer Skills: Presentation Tools, Scheduling Tools, Typing, Microsoft Office Tools


- Development of Standard Operating Procedures and Maintenance Plan in compliance to applicable codes, cGMP, and industry good practices
- Vibration Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing, Laser Alignment, Mechanical Thermography
