As a Senior Engineer in our Collaboration Service team, you'll be at the forefront of supporting and maintaining a vast infrastructure that spans continents. Accountabilities:
- Monitor alerts and handle service requests efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve P3 & P4 end-user related incidents.
- Build and deploy servers and other infrastructure services.
- Conduct initial triaging and remediation for P1 & P2 incidents, raising when necessary.
- Manage incident queues and create & implement change requests.
- Fulfill requests for standard changes, including server builds and service catalogue items.
- Create and update Known Error documentation.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 6 to 9 years Operational experience.
- Experience in managing Incidents, Problems, changes and capacity management aspects.
- Demonstrated ability handling large number of incidents via. Any ITSM tool.
- An ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential.
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.
- MS Office 2016, and the version lifecycle of these products
- Exchange O 365 suites of products deployment and migrations
- Exchange O365 account administration\ troubleshooting
- Exchange calendar/shared folder permissions and delegation.
- Perform/create queries and user account
- Migrations - Mailboxes, Public Folders, User Profiles
- Microsoft Azure administration - adds moves, and changes
- Troubleshoot/resolve raised Help Desk issues relating to O365
- Managing MS teams & Troubleshoot/resolve the real-time issues
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Diploma\Bachelor’s degree
- Multi years of work experience in Technical teams working in Shifts.
- ITIL Certification and any one technical certification
