Based in Chennai, you will partner with global teams to deliver end-to-end content that shortens time to market, strengthens brand consistency, and supports the launch and growth of medicines that make a difference for patients. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative environment where design craft meets business outcomes—where the quality of your work helps teams work smarter and communicate with clarity.
Accountabilities:
- Print Design Delivery: Own the design and development of creative assets for print, ensuring every piece is accurate, production-ready, and aligned to campaign goals.
- Brand Stewardship: Apply brand guidelines consistently to maintain a cohesive visual identity across materials and markets, elevating recognition and trust.
- Digital Asset Creation: Produce impactful digital assets and infographics that complement print materials and strengthen multichannel campaigns.
- Concept Development: Translate abstract requirements into clear concepts, visual narratives, and presentations that guide decision-making and inspire stakeholders.
- Design Craft and Trends: Stay current on design trends, typography, color theory, and graphic fundamentals to raise the standard of every deliverable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Quality, and Project Management to clarify requirements and align on priorities, turning feedback into actionable improvements.
- Workflow and Tooling: Use JIRA for task tracking and workflow management to keep projects moving and stakeholders informed.
- Prioritization and Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate progress, and meet deadlines without compromising quality—building momentum for the wider team.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Design and develop creative assets across print and digital media
- Stay updated with current design trends, typography, color theory, and graphic fundamentals
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and MS PowerPoint
- Apply brand guidelines consistently to ensure cohesive visual identity
- Translate abstract requirements into clear concepts and compelling visual designs/presentations
- Create impactful digital assets and infographics for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly
- Basic working knowledge of JIRA for task tracking and workflow management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Work closely with Quality and Project Management teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality assets
- Good written and verbal communication skills, understanding the fundamentals of print and digital media, and ability to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Any Graduate – Graphic Designing background
- 3-5 Years of overall experience
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals or Design Agency
- Exposure to regulated brand and quality review processes and global campaign delivery
