Accountabilities:
As the Director, you will set the vision and standards for omnichannel quality assurance and governance. You will encourage and empower teams to achieve outstanding quality levels while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your responsibilities include supervising quality operations across regions and business divisions, partnering with delivery teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality omnichannel experiences.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant area
- A minimum of 12+ years of experience associated with supporting large organizations in a role associated with operations delivery or quality management
- Knowledge of Omnichannel enabling technology MarTech (Marketing Technology) platforms and how they are leveraged to enable various aspects of customer experience
- Experience leading a crossfunctional team of resources that work towards a common objective
- Defining and/or delivering various elements of digital, multichannel, or omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Shown leadership and coordination of resources to deliver in line with a single cohesive strategy
- Project Management including risk mitigation & planning associated with sophisticated programs
- Understanding key concepts associated with Content, Email Delivery and Automation, Website Assembly, and/or Digital Media optimization
- Ability to interpret data from A/B and Multivariate testing; device and cross-browser testing; usage of automated testing tools
- Experience serving in Commercial Operational function within a Healthcare/Pharmaceutical company
- Excellent collaborator management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
- Diligent with outstanding interpersonal and project management skills.
This function requires strong leadership and ability to collaborate across the organisation within business services, PODs, Vendors, IT and regional in-market teams.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Pharmaceutical marketing/testing/measurement experience
- Experience with audience/personalization platforms (e.g., Tealium Audience Stream)
- Experience with testing tools like Selenium, device clouds
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge or understanding of the following tools: Confluence, DevOps/GitLab (CI/CD), ServiceNow (SNOW), Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing/Data Cloud), Veeva CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, Tealium Audience Stream, AWS, Tagging and attribution tools.
