Accountabilities:

• Transform business content into polished, executive-ready presentations that elevate storytelling, clarity, and audience impact.
• Create high-quality visual elements—including charts, infographics, and animations—while upholding brand standards and design consistency.
• Analyze and visualize data to produce accurate, insightful charts and layouts for decision-making communication.
• Manage multiple design requests efficiently, ensuring timely delivery, structured formatting, and stake holder satisfaction.
• Apply modern design tools and UI/UX principles to enhance accessibility, readability, and the overall visual experience of reports and critical communication materials.
• Support stake holder communication by editing and producing promotional videos and multimedia assets that effectively showcase products and strategic initiatives.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Transform content into professional, executive-ready presentations by elevating storytelling, organizing information, and creating layout variations that enhance message clarity and credibility.
• Create infographics, and high-level visual elements—including animation—while maintaining brand aesthetics and quality across all materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret design requests, update visual treatments, and ensure all presentation deliverables meet high standards for executive-facing use.
• Leverage strong Excel skills to analyze, organize, and visualize data, enabling the creation of clear and impactful charts, tables, and infographics within presentations.
• Provide basic data analysis and insights, ensuring the effective communication of key information for diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining structured formatting, audience engagement, and visual impact across all presentation projects.
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools.
• Design clear and intuitive report interfaces (UI/UX), ensuring placement of visual objects and performing digital accessibility checks so all data and text are easily readable and accessible to users.
• Support the strategy team by preparing visually engaging communication materials, posters, and promotional videos that effectively showcase products and campaigns for stakeholders.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Charting Visuals, Infographics and intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Should have working knowledge of Editing and Video Creation tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, Camtasia etc.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an added advantage, contributing to the visual appeal of Strategy Reports.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required, and willingness to work in Hybrid Model.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn Business Intelligence (BI) tools and AI-powered solutions, integrating new technologies to enhance design workflow and storytelling.
